We arrived home safe and well in Australia on Friday with happy memories of our trip to Vietnam but also glad to be home. I wanted to email you to say thank you for the extra care you took in making sure that our time spent in North Vietnam was very special. Little things like taking the time to help my mother in and out of the bus and up and down stairs were much appreciated and are what helps make the difference between a good travel guide and a great travel guide.
