Yes to both. Guiding is done by our own team, all working in English, and they live in the regions they guide — the guide named in your itinerary is on our payroll, not a subcontractor's. Other languages can usually be arranged with enough notice — ask when you inquire rather than after the trip is confirmed.

You keep the same trip designer through the trip itself, not just the planning. The office line runs on Hanoi time and WhatsApp is answered from 8am to 8pm ICT, so a delayed flight or a hotel that is not as promised is a message away rather than a ticket in a queue.
