Cruise overnight Tours
Seventy-nine overnight cruise itineraries, and a list with an unusually consistent shape: every one runs two or three days, because that is what a night or two on the water actually is. Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay are most of it. What separates these from each other is not the route, which is broadly the same water, but the boat and how many people are on it — and that is the thing worth reading the detail for. A cabin on a twenty-cabin boat and a cabin on a six-cabin boat buy very different mornings in the same bay. Nearly all of these carry a published starting price, so the list can be compared down the page. Two points that catch people out: the overnight cruise is normally sold with the road transfer from Hanoi included, so check what your itinerary already covers before booking a separate car, and the bay in winter is frequently misty rather than blue — beautiful, but not the photograph. The office will say plainly which months look like which.
