DAY 1: HANOI – BAI TU LONG BAY – CONG DO – CAP LA ISLAND (L, D)
07:45 – 08:30: Our shuttle bus will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi as we set off on an unforgettable journey to explore the breathtaking Bai Tu Long Bay. Along the way, we'll make a brief stop for refreshments.
11:30 – 11:45: Arrive at our waiting lounge at Ha Long International Cruise Port, where you can take a short break while we complete check-in procedures. Once everything is ready, you will be transferred to our boat by tender.
12:00 – 12:15: Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as you receive a brief safety orientation and an overview of the activities planned for your cruise. Afterward, check into your cabin and settle in.
13:00: Savor a delectable Vietnamese set menu lunch while we cruise deeper into the stunning landscapes of Bai Tu Long Bay.
15:00: Arrive at Cap La Island, an ideal spot for kayaking. Paddle through the magnificent limestone formations, take a refreshing swim, or simply relax and admire the scenery.
17:40: Return to the boat and unwind at our Sunset Party while the cruise moves to its overnight anchorage. Participate in a Vietnamese cooking demonstration, where you can learn how to prepare Nem Cuon (Vietnamese fresh spring rolls)—a dish once taught by renowned Michelin-star chef Gordon Ramsay—or try your hand at fruit and vegetable carving.
19:00: Relish a sumptuous set dinner on board.
20:30 – 22:00: Spend your evening as you please—challenge yourself with Vietnamese puzzle games, enjoy a board game with friends or family, try your luck at squid fishing, or simply sip a cocktail while soaking in the tranquility of the bay.
DAY 2: FULL DAY OF EXPLORATION IN THE BAY (B, L, D)
06:30: Begin your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck, or simply enjoy a peaceful morning with a cup of tea or coffee while admiring the bay’s spectacular sunrise.
07:00: A Western-style breakfast will be served, giving you the energy needed for another exciting day of discovery.
08:30 – 09:00: Transfer to a smaller day boat for an excursion near Vung Vieng Village. While the village itself is no longer inhabited, the area remains a picturesque sight.
09:00 – 10:30: Explore Ha Long Bay’s local fish and pearl farms, learning about traditional pearl cultivation methods.
11:00 – 12:15: Visit the stunning Trinh Nu Cave, followed by some time for kayaking and swimming in its scenic surroundings.
12:30: Enjoy a delightful lunch onboard as you relax and take in the bay’s tranquil beauty.
14:30 – 15:30: Return to the main Swan Cruise boat, where you can unwind at another Sunset Party and participate in a hands-on cooking class.
19:00: Indulge in a delicious dinner as the cruise continues its journey.
20:30 – 22:00: Enjoy your evening with games, social activities, or another chance at squid fishing under the starry sky.
DAY 3: BAI TU LONG BAY – THIEN CANH SON CAVE – HALONG PORT (B, L)
06:30: Start your morning with a refreshing Tai Chi session on the sundeck or sip on a warm cup of tea or coffee while admiring the breathtaking sunrise over the bay.
07:00: A Western-style breakfast will be served, ensuring you’re ready for the final leg of your adventure.
07:45: Visit the hidden gem of Thien Canh Son Cave, where you can marvel at its striking stalactites and stalagmites.
09:00: Return to the boat, freshen up, and complete your packing before check-out.
09:30: Official check-out time.
10:00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch onboard as we make our way back to the harbor.
10:30: Arrive at the pier and prepare for disembarkation.
11:15 – 11:30: Disembark at Ha Long Cruise Port.
11:30 – 12:00: Board the bus back to Hanoi.
15:30: Arrive in Hanoi, marking the end of your journey.
