DAY 01: SIEM REAP Arrival (D)
Upon your arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in. In the afternoon of yoru first day in Siem Reap tour, you will visit Artisan D'Angkor, a handicraft center that specializes in wood and stone carving processes. Later, you will continue your tour by visiting Wat Thmey or Killing Field, which houses a distinctive glass-walled stupa that contains the remains of Khmer Rouge victims. Your overnight stay will be in Siem Reap packages.
DAY 02: SIEM REAP – ANGKOR WAT (B/L/D)
Begin your day with a delicious breakfast before embarking on a tour of The South Gate of Angkor Thom. Marvel at the Bayob Temple, The Royal Enclosure, Phimeanaka, Elephant and Leper King Terrace. Next, explore the jungle temple of Ta Promh. After a satisfying lunch, visit Thommanan, Chaosay Tevoda, and Ta Keo, a small yet charming temple in excellent condition, built during the same time as Angkor Wat. The highlight of the day is a visit to Angkor Wat, known as the "7th Wonder of the World" and a World Heritage Site since 1992. Admire its beauty and splendor, including the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which depicts stories from Hindu mythology. End the day with a sunset viewing on top of Bakheng Hill, the first major temple constructed in the Angkor area, offering breathtaking views. Spend the night in Siem Reap Tours.
Special note:
Regarding the Bakan Tower visit at Angkor Wat Temple, it is closed for four days each month according to the Theravada Buddhist Religious Calendar. Visitors must dress appropriately, covering their shoulders and knees (no revealing clothing). Additionally, visitors are asked to wait in line for their turn to climb to the peak, and for safety reasons, children under twelve years old are not allowed to climb.
DAY 03: SIEM REAP: (B/L/D)
After breakfast, you will have the opportunity to visit the Floating Village. You can take a ride on a traditional wooden boat on Tonle Sap Lake to witness the unique human occupations at the lake's edges. The floating villages, towering stilt houses, enormous fish traps, and intertwined economy and way of life with the lake, fish, wildlife, and water cycles are all distinctive features. In the afternoon, you will visit the Cambodian Cultural Villages, which include a Wax Museum, Miniatures, the former capital Ou Dong, the Royal Palace, the National Museum, Wat Phnom, Phsar Thmey, the 12th-century Kompong Kdey Bridge, the 16th-century reclining Buddha, and the Independent Monument. The tour also includes Carving, Traditional Dances Show, and Villages. You will be transferred back to town and have free time until dinner. Overnight stay in Siem Reap packages.
DAY 04 SIEM REAP – DEPARTURE (B)
You are free to spend your last morning of Siem Reap Tour as you please until it is time to gather for the transfer to the airport for your return flight.
