Diners can eat Quang noodles with shrimp, meat, eggs, spring rolls, chicken, chicken intestines with young eggs, frogs, snakehead fish with sweet and salty broth and raw vegetables such as basil, cabbage, carcasses, and bean sprouts. Above the bowl of noodles, a piece of rice paper is usually placed to accompany it. Quang noodles are one of the favorite dishes of Vietnamese people.
