Family travel in Southeast Asia is usually limited by the transfer, not by the destination: children tolerate a temple far better than they tolerate six hours in a van, so these routes are shaped around shorter driving legs, fewer moves between hotels, and days that can be cut in half without wrecking the rest of the plan. The accommodation is chosen for room configuration as much as for location — connecting rooms and genuine family rooms are scarcer in this region than booking sites suggest, and they get booked early. Children's pricing on this site follows a published age policy rather than being decided per enquiry, so you can see what a child costs before you ask.
