Where is Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An and how far is it from Da Nang and Hoi An?
Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An is on the coast 17 km south of Hoi An Old Town, according to the club. The club gives the drive from Da Nang International Airport as 45 minutes. The golf travel company Golfasian lists about 30 minutes from Hoi An and about one hour from Da Nang. Hoiana Shores Golf Club is the neighbouring course.

The address has changed. Until 30 June 2025 the club was in Binh Duong Commune, Thang Binh District, Quang Nam Province, and most golf sites still print that address. Who designed Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An and what kind of course is it?
IMG designed Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An as a links-style resort course on natural sandy ground, with rolling dunes, casuarina trees and white sand bunkers. The club describes broad fairways and gently undulating greens. IMG's own course page lists two driveable par 4s and says the water hazards sit in the site's natural low areas.
Golfasian records 4 to 11 metres of elevation change across the dunes and sea views from several opening and closing holes. The whole course is grassed in Platinum Paspalum, which the club uses on fairways, rough, tees and greens.
How long is the course, and which holes are hardest?
The club gives the length as 7,038 yards, par 72, with four par 3s, ten par 4s and four par 5s. Hole 9, a par 4, is stroke index 1 and the hardest hole on the card. Hole 16, also a par 4, is stroke index 2. The par and stroke index figures come from the club's website.

Is it cheaper to stay at a Vinpearl hotel and play?
Yes. Guests of Vinpearl hotels and resorts pay 2,900,000 VND on peak-season weekdays and 2,150,000 VND on low-season weekdays for 18 holes, against 3,600,000 VND and 2,700,000 VND for other visitors. That is a saving of 700,000 VND and 550,000 VND per round. The fee still includes caddie and shared cart.
The course is part of the Vinpearl Nam Hoi An resort area, which IMG describes as a 200-hectare development with a five-star beachside hotel, villas, a water park and a theme park.
Are a caddie and a golf cart compulsory?
A cart is compulsory. Vinpearl Golf's course rules require all guests to use carts, with a maximum of two players and two caddies per cart. Carts must stay on the cart path and may not drive on the grass. The caddie fee and a shared cart are included in every green fee.
A golfer who wants a cart alone pays a private cart surcharge of 450,000 VND. Choosing a particular caddie costs 270,000 VND.
As of October 2026, the recommended caddie tip is 400,000 to 500,000 VND per 18 holes.

What is the dress code?
Vinpearl Golf's course rules require appropriate golf attire in the public areas of the course. Jeans and collarless shirts are allowed only inside the clubhouse. On the course, wear a collared shirt, tailored shorts or trousers and golf shoes. Golf shoes can be rented for 250,000 VND.
What facilities does the club have?
The clubhouse has a restaurant for up to 120 guests, a pro shop and nearly 260 lockers with a steam room and jacuzzi. The driving range has 15 outdoor lanes with long-game, chipping and putting areas. Range balls cost 120,000 VND for 40 balls. Club and shoe rental are available.
What condition is the course in?
Golfers' reviews on Golfasian in 2025 and 2026 describe the course as well maintained, and reviewers in April and August 2026 praised the caddies. Opinions on difficulty differ: one reviewer in April 2026 called the layout a real test, while reviewers in 2024 called it a comfortable warm-up course. A reviewer in September 2025 noted the number of bunkers.
